We Lingerie respect your consumer rights to return goods if you are dissatisfied for an exchange or a refund provided you have followed our courtesy rules.

Remember: Lingerie has to be ALWAYS tried on over your own underwear!
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where any lingerie is marked. Please be sure that items are in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. The goods must be undamaged and unsoiled. Please note that returns of hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened.

Returns period is 14 days from date of receipt any returned goods.

Please follow wash care instructions carefully.

We recommend hand washing all of our lingerie in cool warm water using non bio washing liquid or gentle soap flakes and detergents suitable for delicate fabrics.
Wash dark, light & coloured fabrics separately.
Lingerie can be machine washed on light gentle cool wash but due to the delicate decoration we strongly advise you to hand wash for optimum results and longer life.

Wash stockings separately as bra hooks & fastenings can catch. Allow to drip dry. This should substantially lengthen the life of your hosiery.
