Returns Policy

At We Lingerie we respect your consumer rights to return goods if you are dissatisfied for an exchange or a refund provided you have followed the following rules.

Remember:  Lingerie has to be ALWAYS tried on over your own underwear!
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where any lingerie is marked and we believe this has not been done.

Please be sure that items you return to us are in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. The goods must be undamaged and unsoiled. Please let us know the reason of return.

Please note that returns of hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened.

Returns period is 14 days from date of receipt we believe this is more than sufficient time to enable you to decide if you wish to keep the item.  Any returned goods must be received by us within 14 days from date of receipt.

Returns are responsibility of customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via traceable means (e.g. Recorded Delivery). We Lingerie will not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post and the customer will not receive a refund or be able to claim from We Lingerie for any loss or damage to goods returned.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event of faulty items We Lingerie will refund the postage. For wrong sizes and non-faulty/unwanted items postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you requested refund, any refund due will be credited back on card, which was used to pay for the original order. You can be charge up to 10% order value to cover: postage, admin, banking, merchant charges etc.
Please Note Refund may take up to 30 days to appear on the card statement!
